How to add new Amazon S3 Account.

You need to add at least one Amazon S3 or IAM account before mounting Amazon S3 Bucket. Below you will find detailed instructions on how to add new account.

Start TntDrive GUI and click File -> Amazon S3 Accounts -> Add new account

You can also use Ctrl+Shift+A keyboard shortcut to add new Amazon S3 Account.

You can also add new account from Add new drive dialog. Click corresponding button as shown on the following screenshot.

Add New Amazon S3 Account dialog will appear:

Using Add New Amazon S3 Account dialog you can add new accounts.

Enter new account details and click Add new account

Account Name	You can assign any name to your Amazon S3 account. TntDrive uses it to distinguish one account from another if you work with several accounts.
Account Comment	Any comment associated with this account. This field is optional.
Access Key ID	Your Access Key ID. You can find it in yourAWS profile.
Secret Access Key	Your Secret Access Key. You can find it in yourAWS profile.

All fields with the exception of Account Comment are mandatory.

Enter account details and click Add new account

Click Add new account. TntDrive will try to validate credentials you entred and then will savenew account. For IAM accounts Access Denied errors are ignored during validation.

TntDrive keeps your credentials in encrypted form using AES-256 encryption algorithm.
